- Supporting marketing activities with the creation and publication of web pages and emails; - Briefing internal teams and external agencies, to get the most out of our work, from PR to design; - Own and develop Digital Catapult’s internal communications – from the intranet to regular email updates; - Creating google analytics dashboards and power point presentation to reports and helping to analyse results, so we can assess our activities and what’s working; - Work across all areas of the marketing mix to provide marketing support where needed and undertaking marketing administration tasks; - Monitors competitors activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services; - Monthly marketing newsletter and Bi-weekly internal news and social media update Newsletter. - Raising marketing PO’s and Invoices; - Create social media brief for external social media agency and work close to them in order to create a solid social media precence of the company.
- Participate in the building and executing of social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. - Assist the marketing executive in setting up and optimising UKCE pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the College's social content. - Social Media research, analysis of social data/metrics, competitor research, customer audience research, insights and best practices. - Give weekly report on information gathered from research and work with marketing executive to decide how to act on it. - Deal with Facebook enquiries and other social media interaction in real time, as well as walk-in and telephone enquiries. - Help current students with questions or problems they may have or directing them to the appropriate staff member. - Maintain and updating accurate class list. - Register students for classes. - Keep relevant staff informed of new registrations, re-enrolments, and trial lessons.
