• Management of the top 20 accounts of the company for INTL, AM and APAC: Kering Group, Tom Ford, Balenciaga, Chloe, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Balmain, Lanvin, Givenchy, Prada, etc... • Document and enforce delivery window to ensure steady flow of merchandise and that both start ship and cancellation dates are honored. • Forecast deliveries and work alongside Operations Director and Logistics Analyst on shipping projections. Monitor flow of products, while ensuring prioritization and timely processing of all incoming inventory. • Closely manage logistics process from duties, customs and freight forwarder relations. • Review and process order confirmations. • Analyse style selling and monitor stock to placing reorders, exchanges and RTVs throughout selling season. • Develop analytical reports such as cancellations reports, best sellers and spot trends and build an understanding of the ever-changing luxury customer shipping habits. • Maintain vendor relationships handling issues and queries from designers and suppliers. • Develop relationships with vendors’ representatives and organise brand academy sessions in the head office. • Distribute sold-out reports and monitor stock discrepancies (Shortages/Overages). • Communicate and follow up on all payment related issues to the Finance Team. • Create faulty stock receipts analysis report resulting in weekly vendor RA approval. • Create and monitor weekly returns analysis report via Customer Care for live SKU modification. • Working with HR during the recruitment process of the Junior members of the team. • Ownership of the biggest supplier accounts for Net-A-Porter Group. • Project management of pre-shoots and launches of exclusive capsules collections with Tom Ford, Valentino, Chloe, Dolce and Gabbana and Gucci. • Negotiating the highest cost saving across all departments from brands due to late deliveries.
Assessing all garments on set and writing fit-related copy which appears on the webpage. This requires commercial awareness, excellent writing and grammatical skills as well as attention to detail. - Working with different studio teams including stylists, interns, photographers, retouch and production coordinators to ensure all outfits are shot in an accurate and efficient manner, meeting deadlines and minimizing the need for re-shoots. - Liaising with the buying and merchandising teams for any fit issue project - Having a close relation with the retail teams to resolve any size booking issues and provide feedback on fit or quality issues and on high-return items. - Maintain competitor awareness and ensure product information is always a step-ahead, as well as initiating ideas to improve the information provided. - Understanding the luxury customer shopping habits. - Drastically reducing customer returns thanks to a close analysis and study of the Business Returns Reports. - Training new team members - Creating and subsequently updating the new starters guide and some of the competitors guides. - Work placement with the Retail Coordinator Team: confirming purchase orders, checking the delivery schedule, amending prices and other administrative tasks.
