Monitor flow of products, while ensuring prioritization and timely processing of all incoming inventory. • Closely manage logistics process from duties, customs and freight forwarder relations. • Review and process order confirmations. • Analyse style selling and monitor stock to placing reorders, exchanges and RTVs throughout selling season. • Develop analytical reports such as cancellations reports, best sellers and spot trends and build an understanding of the ever-changing luxury customer shipping habits. • Maintain vendor relationships handling issues and queries from designers and suppliers. • Develop relationships with vendors’ representatives and organise brand academy sessions in the head office. • Distribute sold-out reports and monitor stock discrepancies (Shortages/Overages). • Communicate and follow up on all payment related issues to the Finance Team. • Create faulty stock receipts analysis report resulting in weekly vendor RA approval. • Create and monitor weekly returns analysis report via Customer Care for live SKU modification. • Working with HR during the recruitment process of the Junior members of the team. • Ownership of the biggest supplier accounts for Net-A-Porter Group. • Project management of pre-shoots and launches of exclusive capsules collections with Tom Ford, Valentino, Chloe, Dolce and Gabbana and Gucci. • Negotiating the highest cost saving across all departments from brands due to late deliveries.

  • Assessing all garments on set and writing fit-related copy which appears on the webpage.
