  • I did some work experience with the product presentation team writing the presentation principles for Lingerie at Marks and Spencer. My Role included: • Assisting the team in attending store visits to photograph and document the new principles • Attending and making notes at meetings • Producing high quality photoshop images • Formatting and creating the store principle document that will be implemented in stores. During my two weeks work experience at Marks and Spencer there became an opening for Administration Assistant which was offered to me on a temporary basis due to my hard work on the principles. My duties in this role were plenty; they included but were not limited to: • Providing Administrative support for all four members of the team • Diary management • Attending meeting to take notes for the managers • Producing presentations, visuals and agendas on Powerpoint, Excel and Collages • Collecting all samples ready for each department for meetings • Ensuring all necessary samples were delivered to mock shop on time. • Printing and distributing weekly figures and results to team member in time for Monday morning sales meeting.
