About me

Projects
  • Curated by DAYTIMERS, Mehfil is the intergenerational space fostering connections away from the dancefloor
Curated by DAYTIMERS, Mehfil is the intergenerational space fostering connections away from the dancefloorSpearheaded the launch of our DAYTIMERS Arts and Culture wing under the Mehfil brand. Inspired by traditional South Asian gatherings, their Mehfil event series forges connections beyond the club, uniting the community through poetry, spoken word, live music and more. I spoke to Crack Magazines' Sunayah Arshad about intention, the work and much needed intergenerational spaces that are more often not given cultural value in the creative industries.
