In this role I sold shoes while providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. I worked to individual and daily targets by multi selling and multi-tasking. In this position I also had the opportunity to complete supervisory shifts. This position included supporting and directing staff sales, guaranteeing customer needs have been met and ensuring the security of the customers, staff and stock. I also have been fully trained in operating the till in both sales and supervisory roles.

In 2010 and 2011, I volunteered for this two week festival which exhibits the work of both national and international artists. As I got to know the management I was given more responsibilities. This included invigilating and providing information about the artists and the work and ensuring the safety of the work and audience. In 2012, I volunteered again as an invigilator and was also responsible for sales in the art shop and assisting management in the packaging of lithographic prints. In this position I assisted in the administration and organization of a one night only event during the Tulca Arts Festival that showed video and interactive sculptural works. This included supporting the management by contacting artists and ensuring the right equipment and facilities were provided. It also included the organization of the running order of events for the night and the publicity of the event.
Teaching English to children (8yrs – 13yrs) in summer school through lesson planning, games and art. I was able to use my organisational skills for all lesson planning and given a blank canvas to be able to develop each class.
