I started the marketing of Mobizio from scratch as the brand didn't even exist (it was part of psHealth and the solution was known as psMobile). This was an every day challenge to build brand awareness and drive marketing campaigns in such a fast growing environment. Here is a non-exhaustive list of what I'm doing: - Help coordinate and project manage across internal teams and external agencies. - Create and update product marketing assets such as sales presentations, case studies, product spec, etc. - Run monthly newsletter campaign, track customer engagement and drive targeted outbound email campaigns. - Track and influence product roadmaps. - Benchmark of mobile working solutions - Project manage product marketing initiatives such as website creation and refresh, product videos, customer testimonials, press releases and print advertising. - Event Management: Plan and organize events on behalf of Mobizio. - Support and drive lead generation strategies. Achievement: - SEO: Reached the 1st page for "mobile working solution" and "complex care solution" in Google Search UK. We are placed right below the market leader. - Website: Learned how to use Wordpress and some CSS to build 80% of the website by myself. - Mobizio User Forum: From the first Forum in March to the second one in September, the number of attendees went from 4 to 30.
In charge of the operational marketing of 2G/3G/4G networks, mobile internet solutions (prepaid/postpaid) and roaming/international projects and offers. - Coordinate the operational marketing of internet and international mobile offers. - Ensure the go-to-market strategy trough the business planning periods. - Analyze consumer researches (TNS Sofres, GfK and internal) and adapt the communication materials. - Develop web and application client experiences for international offers. - Ensure the implementation of specific marketing assets: commercial, events, overhaul of the online shop, digital animations. - Ensure consistency in networks and international discourse on all lines of market.
