- In charge of the software acquisition, installation and configuration, inside the company. - I did the maintenance and repairs for laptops, desktops, printers and other tools like tablets and phones. - Based on my expertise, I offered assistance to the acquisition department and negotiated contracts with vendors. - Technical preparation of classrooms for courses. - Collaboration with the concerned departments regarding documentation and technical requirements for IT equipments. - Edit and process scanned documents to comply with quality standards. - Layout, editing and press typography; Preparing materials and patterns for production according to the marketing parameters. - Coordinate with marketing team in order to create the visual concepts for projects and press releases. - Started as backup for facility management, I have grown also in this direction and got in charge of warehouse management and inventory. - I brought improvements to the visual displays of the premises: mapping of the offices, leading and informational signs and logo display across all the offices. - Photographer and pictures editor for various activities and events organized by the company.
