    Ecotopian September 2016 I opened an exhibition with a group of 5 fellow designers titled ECOTOPIA. This show aimed to ask its audience what a truly sustainable society would look like. We gained contributions from leading scientists, academics, designers and architects working is the filed of sustainability and created a multi sensory installation in response to their ideas.     Creating displays that are both aesthetically pleasing and commercially beneficial to the store, whilst showing an awareness for the brand identity at all times. Studying branch end of week, and mid-week sales reports to develop appropriate visual strategy to drive sales. Attending weekly meetings with buyers and merchandisers to discuss new season product directions and ‘big deals’ for the coming weeks. Designing and distributing a styling guide and visual update pack to be sent out weekly to senior company directors and stores nation wide. Selected to be the southeastern region representative in ‘the link’. A group which spearheads projects to improve employee well being, learning and development and progression. Awarded the Customer Connect Award for my region in August 2015 for commitment to the needs of the internal customer. Working at pace and taking direction from buyers, merchandisers, visual management and brand directors. Aware of emerging trends, creating mood boards and sharing ideas with both creative and visual teams. Supported the all store model store role out at the Barbican in July 2015. Working with the replenishment team management to devise training and coaching to aid the progression of their team. This later lead to the design of a communication board and work book which began to bridge the gap between the Visual and store teams. Participating in all model-store meetings, researching and sharing my ideas for the new season Creative and Visual updates to be implemented throughout the store. Awarded Role Model of the Month 4 times within 2 years, amongst a staff of over 1300.
