For this job, I did "internal marketing". Besides holding events, campaigns, and projects for my customers (all employees), which I attached around every role including communications, logistics, performers, emcees, etc, I planned and proposed initiatives to the Board Members and Executive Committee. Also, I planned and executed annual employee engagement plan for all branches and departments nationwide. Writing and designing monthly newsletter is a part of employee communication. My other role is talent management, in which I made detailed selective employee reports and prepared for meetings with Indochina team to decide and develop successors.

One small part of my passion is to share and motivate young people, and that was the reason why I taught sophomores for a year before I moved on to my Masters to ensure I had at least done a worthwhile job to my fellow younger generations.
