Children’s Party Planner
My job role in this position was that of children's birthday planner in which I co-ordinate and plan all of the themed and bespoke events.
I am also the main designer within the events team, making personalised creative material for children’s birthday parties. This includes designing large scale themed backboards to sit behind ‘treat tables’, t-shirt designs, drink wraps, party bag tags and food and drink labels to name a few.
Alongside this creative aspect of the job, I am required to create artwork for the up and coming launch of their website, creating banners, landing pages and downloadable PDF files containing additional information and pricing.
Sales & Events Co-oridnator

As the sales and events co-ordinator I was required to plan and organise meetings, exhibitions, conferences, training days and workshops.
I would meet and greet clients in preparation for all events and would be the main point of contact for participants throughout the day.
I had direct liaison with internal and external clients and would answer all email enquiries and handle referrals. I would process online bookings and payments and manage the CRM and EBMS database
