Pop Up Vintage Fairs organise vintage markets at venues around London, including Old Spitalfields Market, Wilton’s Music Hall and Alexandra Palace. Pop Up Vintage Fairs have just been awarded the title of ‘Best London Vintage Fair’ for the third consecutive year. Key skills and duties • Planning and running events, including, but not limited to; bookings, stallholder relations, stall plans for up to 50 traders, overseeing event operations, sourcing stallholders to ensure full occupancy, representing the business. • Sourcing entertainment and curating detailed aspects of the events to provide a complete vintage experience for visitors • Marketing events in local media and online • Writing copy for email marketing campaigns and press releases • Measuring social media effectiveness using Google Analytics, including rate of return and how social media activity directly contributes to event popularity and success
