With six years of experience in the fashion industry I have been working in a variety of roles from fashion styling to marketing, PR, merchandising and digital product management. For the last two years, I have been working for Condé Nast’s e-commerce venture Style.com (now partnering with Farfetch) whilst completing an MA in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins in June 2016. As part of Style.com ideation and development team, I have supported the company’s start-up phase and launch in September 2016 working on digital product development as well as implementing the site’s merchandising and curation strategies.
Working closely with Product Managers, UX and technical teams, I supported the digital product development and launch of Style.com: • Supporting the development and iterations of Style.com front-end and back-end tool (a bespoke curation & personalisation platform) to enable expert curation, customer personalisation and automated product and content display rules across the site. • Defining, testing and reviewing new features throughout the customer experience. • Managing the Shopping Layer product (launched on Vogue.co.uk & GQ.co.uk) enabling customer purchases directly from Condé Nast digital titles. • Creating seasonal womenswear trend analysis to support data training and image classification. • Supporting US data and personalisation team, Think Topic in the development of recommendations services and search engine iterations. • Reporting, prioritising, testing and reviewing site bugs managing multiple Jira boards across multiple development streams. I also supported the definition and the execution of the onsite Womenswear product curation and merchandising strategies: • Creating and managing all product, category, brand and trend pages (curation and merchandising). • Coordinating relevant content and brand exposure across the site with the editorial team. • Managing the daily curation and publication of new products for all Womenswear accessories working with the brand services team on product publications standards. • Completing product selections for Womenswear edits, title edits, emails and PR.
Univers Presse is a fashion PR agency based in Paris representing about 40 brands including Swarovski, Yves Salomon or Esprit. I supported the creative direction and the development of brand strategies for the agency’s international clients working closely with the agency’s founder and brand manager.
As part of Vestiaire Collective beginnings in the UK, I assisted the general development and growth of the website in the country. • In charge of reporting UK business performances, I was involved in strategic decision making in order to increase the site traffic and revenue as well as both the number of sellers and buyers on the platform in the UK. • Supporting marketing campaigns with affiliates and influencers, coordinated special PR operations and supported various PR and VIP events across Europe. • Curating new products submitted by users as well as maintained and merchandised trends pages and edits across the site.
Assisting fashion editors for editorial productions (Vogue Paris, Vogue China, Wad Magazine, Elle China…) and commercial productions (De Fursac, Ba&sh, M.A.C. cosmetics…) in Paris and London. • Creating mood board and story board following the brief. • Managing contacts with PR agencies, sample requests and returns. • Assisting the photo shoot production.
