• Content planning and creation: I worked closely with the communications manager and brand director in planning and creating visual content to support the brand’s core message and support sales initiatives. This included newsletter
content, Instagram posts, invitations, and much more.
• Photography: I produced behind the scenes photography at London Fashion Week shows and e-commerce shoots for the brand to use on Instagram and for its website content. I was also responsible for organically sourcing other
photographers to provide content at shows.
• Event organisation: I supported in the organisation of the brand’s London Fashion Week shows, sales showroom
preparation for Paris and London, as well as playing an instrumental role in supporting the M’A pop-up retail spaces across 4 different locations.
• Customer service: While working at the M’A pop-ups, I developed my customer service skills while promoting the brand message and meeting key clients.
• In-house casting: I was heavily involved in the in-house casting process for the ‘M’A girls’, from managing responses to Instagram casting calls, hosting their casting and fittings, through to maintaining the brand’s relationship with the
collective of models.
• Sample coordination and PR liaison: I managed all samples for the brand, tracking their journey both internally and externally, while being responsible for daily correspondence with the brand’s PR agency.
• Intern management: I handled the internal process for hiring and managing communications interns for the LFW shows, pop-ups and general internships in the studio.
• E-commerce assistance: I assisted the e-commerce coordinator with any image resizing or editing that was required, providing occasional copy-writing/proof-reading.
