I was hired specifically for the recruitment and development of the LABS Operations team, project coordination and general day-to-day management of the operations across the seven spaces in London. Responsibilities & Achievements ● General day-to-day management of LABS operations team (7 x General Managers, 3 x Deputy Managers, 3 x Senior Front of House & 9 x Front of House) ● Successful creation and roll out of candidate experience process for LABS Ops team (interview, onboarding, on-going development) ● Update and create SOPs to further operational excellence in LABS (some to note): ○ Spearheaded the amendments that were required to be implemented for daily operations of LABS buildings to be COVID compliant ○ Due to my experience in opening locations, I created processes to support cross-departmental processes for efficient new building openings ○ Enterprise client move ins - both cross-departmentally between LABS/Labtech and client relationship ○ General Manager Status Reporting ○ Career development plans for LABS Ops team
