Product Development Admin Assistant
-Liaising with suppliers with regards to the development of new and existing products
-Checking and approving pre-production and pre-shipment samples of new and existing ranges
-Uploading product information to database software, PIMRa
-Photographing products for sales and e-commerce use
-Working with the social media team, contributing ideas and being responsible for the Talking Tables twitter account.
-Managing licensed projects; making sure all legal requirements are met.

* Writing and distributing press releases for new products, seasonal collections and brand activity
* Planning and delivering seasonal press days

* Creating a monthly report of press activity and key coverage achieved, including financial PR value
* Managing events such as new store openings; creating exciting concepts such as a pop-up beach and a train installation at Waterloo; engaging with customers and generating enthusiasm for the brand
* Organising and supporting store events including 3 book signings
* Identifying and working with complimentary brands in the organisation of online and offline competitions in order to raise brand profile and collect data
