  • Dealing with press loans for both UK and international clients which entailed liaising with journalists, bloggers and interior designers to provide credit details and imagery. I worked closely with our PR agency Modus to help plan events and product launches as well as being involved in the planning/installation of Established and Sons collection presentation at Milan furniture fair and London Design Festival. To provide a high standard of client care, liaising with internal production and logistics teams, answering client enquiries and building on existing client relationships in the domestic and international market. Representing Established & Sons internationally and at London based exhibitions. Having good awareness of current trends and movements within the design world.


Assistant Buyer

  • To provide support to the Buyer, demonstrating a good knowledge of competitor activity, new trends and market awareness. Managing samples, critical path, working closely with our marketing team to provide press worthy pieces for features/press shows. Managing my own areas by having a good understanding of trading figures and there impact on the business showing initiative in trade and Identifying new product opportunities and sourcing replacements for weak selling lines. Negotiating is key in improving margin and driving promotional activity. Product development was a strong focus for this role. Gift food and accessories packaging was an area I solely managed, this entailed developing product packaging making sure packaging was on-brand, fitting with that seasons trends and price negotiation.
