I ran the award winning #feelingnuts testicular cancer awareness digital campaign at a new startup. I worked closely with the company founders and digital agency Jam to develop and implement a multifaceted digital strategy and website with a back-end UGC content management system. Duties included: Line managing a team of interns developing influencer research and content production, creating and implementing the campaign strategy, digital planning for a live television show on Channel 4, creating content calendars, and creating and developing social media communities on Facebook, Twitter, Vine & Instagram, influencer outreach, writing and signing off social media content, producing weekly stats and insight reports.
Managed the high profile social media accounts for BBC Three including Facebook (600K+), Twitter (300k+), Instagram (2000+). I also set up and managed the BBC Three Tumblr. I created genuine online conversation with the brand, and managed a positive community of the hard to reach 16-34 audience. Duties included: Responding daily to comments and complaints, writing all the creative posts and images, crisis management, stats reporting, creative brainstorming and pitching ideas to controllers, working closely with BBC talent and guests to produce content. I’ve also managed paid promotion campaigns and commissioned content from freelancers. Campaigns included: Bad Education, In The Flesh, The Revolution will be Televised, The Call Centre, Some Girls, Sun, Sex & Suspicious Parents It’s a Mad World Season and more. Live Events Included: Glastonbury, T in the Park, Reading Festival, Comic Relief, Sport Relief & more.
