• Work closely with Art Director to manage all current projects including contract management with the Business & Legal Team, and agency management for a roster of freelancers and agencies

• Developed two new processes to aid communication of in-house title delivery to ensure maximum pick up of the content
• Lead the routing and feedback process for all of International creative projects ensuring all creative work produced works for a global audience
• Established monthly calls with the Library team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of assets to the Library in the correct format with the correct file naming format adhered to
• Manage the creative budget including vendor set up and raising new POs, reporting regularly to VP International Creative to flag under/overspends
• Work daily with the character art team in NYC and CA on new asset development - communicate progress to relevant team members

• Production and project management of MTV Breaks for the MTV EMAs 2016
(Rotterdam) and 2015 (Milan) – including managing all logistics for multiple young creatives from various countries, ensuring the smooth-running of Breaks production on the ground, and coordinating all creative assets and deliverables in relation to the activation.
• Coordination and logistical support for MTV Breaks EMA pop-up creative workshops in Milan in 2015 and in Glasgow 2014.
• Project managed Viacommunity Day 2014, 2015 and 2016; international point-person working closely with US team, responsible for UK Viacommunity Day budget, launched Viacommunity Day to newly acquired Channel 5 in 2015, creative asset delivery
(signage, t-shirts, email blasts).
• Managed VIP screenings of MTV Shuga, including booking venues, managing invite process, visual asset delivery, and production.
• Worked closely with Creative Director and Digital Producer on expanding MTV Breaks digital offering, including facilitating delivery of style-guides, production templates and project timelines.
• Hosted all the high net worth individuals and VIP guests of MTV Staying Alive Foundation at MTV EMA in 2015 in Milan, 2014 in Glasgow and 2013 in Amsterdam.
• On a daily basis manage all EA duties efficiently as well as overall departmental admin, file organization, project planners, and interns / work experience.
• Responsible for managing payment process for all suppliers used by the International Social Responsibility team; raising Purchase Orders, setting up external suppliers and freelancers on Viacom payment system.
• Booking extensive international travel, including to high risk destinations such as Nigeria, preparing all travel itineraries and organising visas where necessary.
