• Responsible for the management, reporting and business development of Ticketmaster Platinum on Resale. • Varied role has required me to maintain relationships with Promoters, Ticketmaster, TM Platinum, and Resale teams to win primary ticket allocations, dynamically price tickets according to demand, create effective reporting, and be the main point of contact for interdepartmental queries on Resale activity. • I showed an ability to proactively develop Platinum on Resale by making connections, pitching to event organisers, and winning allocations. This required an effective understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each event, in order to recommend specific pricing and marketing strategies. • Reinforced a data-driven approach by building in-depth reporting resources from scratch, and using these to provide analysis on Resale activity to be used by Ticketmaster, Platinum, Artist Services, Live Nation and more. • Enhanced client relationships, and helped the business better price tickets.
