Management of an international award-winning recording artist, director, actress and visual artist. Leading projects and collaborations with high profile artists, creatives and brands.
Project Management and assisting the clients with day to day planning and execution over all areas personal and business.
Working alongside the founder of a historic art collection, producing publications, managing the collections, loans and auctions, curating exhibitions and building and maintaining relationships with artists and high profile brands and sponsors.
Writing and producing articles for a printed bi-monthly magazine; researching, liaising with artists and creatives, organising photo shoots and interviews with up and coming talent.
• Gallery and team management: Managing a team of around 30 invigilators, 4 Front of House, 6 security and extra staff on site for events (Art fairs approx 100 staff) including preparation of daily and monthly rotas, precise communication regarding duties and keeping staff up to date with all necessary information. • Events management: Liaising with high end clients in fashion and art, working alongside GSP (out of house events management) to organise and insure the smooth running of events from the gallery side. • Administration and reception duties- welcoming all visitors and handling all enquiries (telephone and e-mail), including complaint handling and conflict resolution skills. • Maintenance and daily management of FOH and security including, responding to alarms, calling emergency services and carrying out building searches in the event of evacuation. • Art technicians’ assistant: Art handling practises, involving the show changes, installation of art pieces.
