Less an advertising agency, more a 'creative solutions' agency. Through Present Company, Future Reference and Semi-Permanent, we use creative processes to help businesses. We utilise digital, social and innovation, optimising customer relationships and business operations. Qantas, P&G, Vodafone, Virgin Money, Unibet, and Red Bull are among our current client roster. Through our innovation firm, Future Reference, I'm currently working with QANTAS to redesign their customer experience.
