Currently a Master's student of Cultural Studies at SOAS, University of London, with a research focus on identity politics in the contemporary arts of the Middle-East. I have 2 years of curatorial and arts management experience as well as 9 years of experience as an educator. Although I had made a shift to the educational field I have never lost touch with the arts. In 2014, I became an active arts blogger creating a platform on Wordpress, which has attracted the attention of artists and galleries around London. Achieved an Honours standing Bachelor of Arts. Courses taken focused on a variety of different cultural and artistic practices honing in on the deconstruction of meaning within a given practice and the society it is being practiced in. I made the decision to sign up for a variety of different elective courses in order to strengthen my understanding of various cultures and artistic practices. Thus, strengthening my degree. Courses ranged from art history to music and the theatrical arts.
