About me

Ruby Thompson is an Art Director from London. She loves creating great work (for great clients) that is strategic and thoughtful, as well as all things fashion. With over 10 years in the industry her experience includes: • Art Direction for photography & moving image • Creating photographic & moving image assets for retail brands - print, online, instore and event spaces • Shoot planning - including sourcing Photographers, Stylists, Models, Set Designers & Set Stylists, Hair & Make Up, Locations, Videographers, etc • Overseeing pre and post-production of photography & moving image • Concept Development for brand campaigns • Concept Development for social and editorial content • Creative for multi-platform campaign rollout • Working as a Creative lead, overseeing projects or as part of a collaborative team I am currently creating multi-platform content for fashion brands. I have also created work for a range of fashion, lifestyle and sports brands including Lacoste, Ted Baker, Kickers and Speedo, as well as Only, Highpoint and Calibre (Australia)
