Decolonising Education is an independent educational organization that provides people disadvantaged by colonial legacies within education with the tools and knowledge to successfully navigate through the education system. We do this via creating events, paneled events, programmes (mostly youth) and producing content, i.e publications or online resources.

Tiwani Contemporary is a gallery that exhibits contemporary African art. I worked as a gallery assistant, assisting with the organizing works, data systems, exhibition planning, and dealing with surfacing problems.
- Three-month internship to coordinate activity within Black History Month at the British Red Cross UKO, to raise internal awareness of the BAME contributions and BAME challenges within the organization. Activities: - Produced two Black History Month awareness-raising events at UKO. - Created Black History Month resource pack, uploaded onto company intranet and used by nationwide branches. - Supported Inclusion Matters initiative. - Created a 3-month analysis-report, assessing performance and making recommendations for next years project manager. Skills Developed: project management, event planning, video editing, public speaking, digital media, communication. Qualifications Earned: First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid (Delivered by the BRC)
