• I’m responsible for the Business transformation process that led to the digital integration of the agency, converting a more ATL based agency in a fully integrated agency.

• At CHEIL Portugal my main function was to start the Portuguese operations, implementing the agency and settling the Samsung Account.
• I was in charge for the management of the agency at all levels: client service, strategy, operational management, finances and human resources.
• I was responsible for settling the Samsung Portugal account, supporting the client not only with advertising, promotional and retail strategies and implementation, but also with brand strategy and positioning.
