        • Responsible for the delivery of over $60m pa of revenue on all content marketing solutions in all EMEA markets; managing the team that builds all branded sites (by vendors and in house) and commissioning and Exec Producing all content; from full-scale video content to animated GIFs, written content and infographics. Ensuring content is right for the brand and is as promotable as possible both socially and via editorial teams. • Managed a team of 12+ Project Managers across UK, FR, DE, IT & UAE – including 5 in the UK. • Main conduit between EMEA teams and relevant teams at Yahoo in the US such as key product, creative, engineering and analytics teams. • Personally led and organised (with the help of 2 others) a 2x Yahoo/Tumblr Global Branded Content Summits at Tumblr HQ in NYC with attendees from EMEA, US, LATAM, APAC. • In 2017, commissioned large UK editorial video projects including In On Goal, a highly successful video series for the 17/18 football season which is paying for itself 3x over by generating highly valuable video inventory off 900k streams per week. • Transitioned 30 programs from Yahoo to Tumblr; scoping and managing US engineering & product teams • Ensuring programs delivered for clients from Tumblr social layer, Editorial promo, inventory management. • In charge of a $9m “Content, Creative & Production” budget for exclusive use of campaign delivery. • Constant bandwidth management for the whole team to deal with peaky demand. • Scoping, build and delivery of a fully functioning TV Studio at Yahoo’s London HQ. • Standardisation of EMEA-wide processes for the whole Solutions team. • Oversight of all analytics and metrics for the region. • Restructured a dysfunctional UAE team and introduced new processes focusing on selling Branded Content Solutions to deliver incremental $5m in revenue. • Ran a complex 3-market £500k project for Bose promoting it’s ‘precision engineering credentials which resulted in an incremental £250K booking. • Persuaded a highly sceptical Yahoo Editorial Team that an important platform shift would not result in lost traffic, making my team more efficient and boosting their capacity by 30%. • Vastly increased revenues in Italy by implementing robust delivery procedures with appropriate contract and payment terms.
