In this position I was responsible for taking a design brief from the client services team and answering it effectively, creatively and on strategy. Ensuring to always solve the problem, come up with creative ideas and push it beyond the client expectations so that it elevates the presence and awareness of their brand. In this role I designed brand identities, brand identity systems, identity guidelines, and application to various forms such as print and online presence, website design for desktop and mobile devices, brochures and creating creative campaigns. I was able to confidently and passionately present work to clients and was able to take on board any feedback and amendments, working alongside the client when necessary to reach a solution they believe will work for their business. I was able to comfortably work individually and as part of a team when necessary to answer the brief. I approached every job whatever the size with an equal amount of passion, enthusiasm, attention to detail and craft. I was able to work to tight deadlines when necessary, and keep a cool head under pressure. I worked fast and efficiently during tight timescales such as on creative pitch work.
Whilst at this agency I was part of a small design department and worked together and individually on design jobs. I approached every job with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the brief was answered and met the client’s requirements. I was able to produce creative and effective ideas fast when timescales were very tight. Work included designing brand identities, brand identity systems, application to various forms such as print and online presence, website design for desktop and mobile devices. A large majority of the creative ideas based jobs came through myself, I was able to produce numerous creative ideas and work alongside the account manager to decide which ideas were best to push forward and present to the client. I was able to confidently and passionately present work to clients and was able to take on board any feedback and amendments, working alongside the client when necessary to reach a solution they believed would work for their business. I was able to follow the brand strategy and relate design work to this, so that the process for the client was fluid and seamless.
