    - Responsible for the successful delivery of the Platinum operation for the Festival of Creativity. - Account management of VIP client and client groups, including global brands and agencies. - Working with CEO, CMO and people in high profile positions within the global creative industry. - Responsible for the effective management of the festivals airport operation in Nice, France. - Leasing with Delegate Registration and Operation teams to ensure VIP service to clients. - Be creatively proactive with clients and demonstrate an understanding of their needs. - Working with the Platinum team to ensure all aspects of the Platinum experience for our VIP delegates are met, including accommodation and transport requests. - Assisting to prepare any necessary documents or gifts that clients will need prior to travel. - Oversee transport and accommodation arrangements for Cannes Lions Festival. - High attention to detail with booking accommodation and travel arrangements. - Managing the meeting and greeting operation of VIPs at Nice airport. - A point of contact for all Platinum membership delegates in Cannes, France. - Working with the finance department and hotel suppliers to ensure accurate payment for event passes and hotel rooms. - Working 18 days consecutively in Cannes, France on the Cannes Lions Festival & Awards, taking on any ad-hoc and necessary tasks to ensure the success of the company event.
