• Compilation, analyses and distribution of sales reports on Excel. • Data input, retrieval and general ad-hoc management reporting. • Processing stock transfers in/out of the store, monitoring spend allowance and all stock information. • Reconciling all petty cash/expenses and invoices daily to prevent cash loss to the business. • Investigating cash loss for the flagship store and communicating procedures to senior management to help prevent future discrepancies. • Weekly banking of foreign currency and voucher tenders. • Handling high levels of phone calls from both internal and external customers. • Daily IT maintenance and support.
