To assist in building and establishing Peabody’s profile as a private sales housing provider and assisting with all areas of marketing and PR associated with the sales programme. To assist the Marketing Manager and appointed agencies to ensure the most effective marketing strategy is in place for each new development. To ensure efficient databases are available to use in all media promotions and a sufficient number of leads has been achieved prior to development launches. To manage the production and delivery of marketing collateral, including sales brochures and promotional material, from brief to execution, liaising with advertising and creative agencies and printers as required. To devise creative and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and collateral, seeing through to implementation and review. To arrange the fit out of show homes and marketing suites, liaising with interior designers and production agencies. To attend site meetings on new schemes as required to assess signage opportunities and other marketing activities. To assist in the coordination of events and development launches. To carry out market research as required.
To work with the individual service providers and other members of the marketing services section to develop and deliver timed and costed marketing plans for specific areas of service, within the resources available. To take responsibility for the delivery of a wide range of practical marketing initiatives for specific services as identified in the marketing plans. As a marketing manager I planned the direction of all marketing activity on a campaign. I used my creativity and expertise to think of new ways of delivering our message to the customer.
