Key Responsibilities Disruptive Thinking: Developing trend activation routes, conducting technology landscaping, and presenting inspirational thought starters to drive disruptive and incremental innovation strategy. Futures and trends: Presenting future thinking, foresight, and scenarios, to integrate opportunities for innovation. Workshops: Developing and delivering bespoke creative workshops to solve complex problems using creative techniques. I adapt a range of methods for smooth management and high energy. Quant/qual: Preparing analysis to fit client needs using Mintel syndicated tools and research. I also lead the development of a creative lab for the team. Client management: Identifying, sizing, and prioritising opportunities for business growth based on consumer insight, global and regional trends, competitive landscape, and category strategy.
