About me
I am a friendly, hardworking individual who thrives in a busy environment. I have very strong organisation and communication skills and I have extensive experience in coordinating events with capacities ranging from 100 to 180,000 people. Successfully negotiated contracts on a senior level and have specialised in working with young people, high level creative individuals and luxury brands. I source and assemble the required teams and act as the main point of contact whilst putting together and overseeing the budgets for world-wide events. Working with international companies and individuals has also meant compiling and distributing ever changing itineraries and applying for relevant work permits and visas.

     -
Whilst at Three Six Zero, I signed three artists to the company; The Beaches, Elle Watson, and Fearless Vampire Killers. The Beaches were based in Toronto whilst Elle and FVK were based in the UK. I helped to establish and developed company relations with key music and art contacts including Ian Montone, John Silva, Paul Epworth, Steve Lazarides of Lazarides Gallery, and brands such as Red Bull, Fender (US), Converse, Cornerstone (incl. Fader) and Doctor Martens. I negotiated record deals for two of my acts; The Beaches signed a world wide deal with Island. Elle Watson signed to Paul Epworth's label, Wolf Tone. I also negotiated the publishing contract for Elle. Via AWAL I set up and maintained a label for The Beaches. Following this I booked much of their UK tour and promo then found them a world-wide agent (excl. N & S America). I also maintained FVK’s own label. I helped The Beaches get access to the allocated Canadian funding for the arts. This assisted with costs for their recording, national and international touring, PR, videos and artwork. I became the point person within the company for any TSZ employees needing to access the grant system for their Canadian artists. General admin such as maintaining the artist diaries, booking and overseeing studio time, travel, collaborations and budgets was also a standard part of the daily responsibilities. A large part of the role was also A&R, highlighting acts that we felt may fit well with either ourselves or another managers roster. We were also looking to help diversify the company’s roster.
