Working for this major European Home Shopping group (T/O €2+ billion) my responsibilities and achievements at MONA UK include:
• Setting up weekly, monthly and annual reports to keep track of MONA UK online performance
• Competitor benchmarking: weekly comparison of our figures to industry standard
• Make sure all paid channels such as PPC Brand, Google Shopping and Retargeting (lower and
upper funnel) are in line with AtoS goals and assist with monthly invoices
• Coordination and creative check of website copy, landingpages and newsletter content
• Adjusting seasonal media plans to the UK market and MONA UK target group.
• Working closely with MONA UK CEM Team in order to directly pass on customer feedback regarding errors on the websites to the responsible departments.
• I am also responsible for uploading all content on the MONA UK Blog called La Bella Figura as well as updating the MONA UK Pinterest Account.
