I am a Creative Events and Project Manager as well as a Graphic, Product and Web Designer. I initially started my career in the Design industry where I spent several years in the Jewellery and Toy business before moving into Events. I have spent over 7 years in the events industry working in the fast paced and dynamic cities of Hong Kong and London, managing and ensuring smooth implementation of high profile events in these cities and abroad. I have recently embarked back to my creative roots working as a Graphic and Web Designer. I am adept at working within budgets and meeting tight deadlines. I am goal-oriented, focused, I am able to adapt and problem solve in tough situations and I thrive under pressure. Along side this I am extremely passionate about Design and look to utilizing all the skills I have acquired throughout my career.
A project to redesign the User Interface of the companies CRM System. Understanding the functionality of the site and the international employees who rely on it daily to create a bespoke design. I provided full detailed wireframes for the developers alongside colour codes and functionality requirement.
Coordinating the entire events process, often managing several projects simultaneously, and multitasking between clients. I would manage the in-house production and design team and negotiate with my suppliers. Creating timeline, deadlines and managed budgets for a variety of events including award ceremonies, agency parties and product launches in the fashion, product, real estate and media industries.
Project Managing and providing creative solutions for a series of varied events within Asia. I was in charge of logistics, management and planning while working within tight budgets on a daily basis. Alongside events management I also worked on marketing and PR and assisted in the brand development of the company.
A six-month internship with one of London’s best department stores. I was responsible for ensuring the Liberty brand and their products were featured in the media. I created Press Coverage reports, attended and helped with in-store events and carried out basic administration duties.
Designing, creating and developing educational toys for children aged 3-12. I also created packaging and catalogue designs as well as storybooks for popular characters. Samples were produced in China were I liaised with manufacturers and then sold in the European, American & Australian Market.
Utilizing my CAD skills I designed and produced a range of products for the brand including cufflinks, necklaces, bracelets and rings. I was also responsible for creating packaging and display items.
