Projects
- ‘I wanna see more old bitches in the club!’: how Jyoty went from door girl to your favourite DJFrom working club cloakrooms to running club nights across Europe, the rise of Jyoty Singh has been a joy to behold. The broadcaster talks to us about her journey, avoiding pigeonholing and her new night, Homegrown.
- RepresentAsianI'm the founder of RepresentAsian - the podcast, radio show and clubnight that showcases South Asian DJs. I've hosted two seasons of the show and expanded into regular clubnights across Bristol and Amsterdam with all South Asian lineups. I have also led two RepresentAsian fundraisers, a monthly radio show and DJ lessons.
- DGTL ADE 2021: The Amsterdam highlight makes a euphoric comebackAfter a long summer without local festivals or nightclubs, the pressure for this year’s events to provide some relief for ravers felt more pronounced than ever. But if the audience on the dancefloor gave any indication of how DGTL ADE was received, it’s that the event’s return felt desperately needed.
