Subscriptions: Organising all subscriber details and shipments, using File-Maker Pro to ensure an accurate database.
Assist with model, hair & makeup bookings for photo-shoots, liaising with agencies.
Work Placements: Recruiting, mentoring, organising and delegating.
Assisting the Fashion Department with Fashion Week - requesting show tickets, arranging appointments and re-sees, arranged into a concise schedule.
Responding to all queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Travel: Receiving quotes and booking hotels and all forms of travel, utilizing frequent traveller points where possible. Handing visas and passports.
Having good knowledge of the teams schedule and whereabouts on a daily basis.
Mortgage Consultant

First point of contact for all mortgage advisors.
Ability to learn the policies and regulations within mortgages followed by Lloyds Banking Group in a short space of time.
Using initiative when speaking to mortgage advisors in regards to their clients and their own needs.
Working well as part of a team to create a strong working environment.
Easily finding resources and information in regards to Lloyds policies and regulations.
Dealing well with complaints and managing to ease any difficult situations.
Good manner towards telephony communications
