Means: • Coordinate with gallery director and curators on exhibitions • Determine and execute gallery objectives and goals • Maintain gallery budget and prepare monthly financial and management reports • Schedule meetings to determine and finalize details of gallery exhibitions • Oversee catalogue acquisitions and archives • Undertake monthly Inventories • Maintain and update gallery website and social media platforms • Prepare and maintain a contact database of sponsoring organizations, foundations, corporation and individual donors • Present design choices for artists’ shows • Work with artists on installations, execution of exhibition promotions • Coordinate with governmental partners • Prepare and maintain database of local and international artists
