Hi, thanks for stopping by! I’m Sam and I’m an Editor. Its pretty much my dream job and something I wanted to do for as long as I could remember.
I currently work for Engine Film (formerly Trailer Park London) as their Lead Editor where I head up the Edit & VFX department. I’ve also spent time working at the following companies: Hogarth, Grey London, The Mill & The Associated Press.
I’m an extremely versatile and intuitive editor with a great deal of technical knowledge and creative flair. I have experience cutting a variety of work from; TVC’s, Trailers, Promo’s and Music Videos to short films and docs.
As well as editing, I also have a strong working knowledge of After Effects, sound design and grading.
I see myself as being extremely self driven and, a team player that’s always willing to go the extra mile.
When I’m not at work I spend a lot of my time competing in Ultramarathon’s around the world - often running 100km plus distance.

Lead Editor is a role that I’m not only proud to be in but, something I’ve pushed towards for a long time.
As well as aiming to provide the highest quality of work possible through editing, VFX and working with Director’s, I also manage a team of seven editors & motion graphic designers. My role as Lead is based around developing the team, mentoring them, providing support anywhere I can as well as problem solving and collaborating.
I also look after server and archiving workflows and provide the producers, account managers and production teams with any and all the support they require.

Working at the young and agile Trailer Park London as their Senior editor - creating a vast array of TVC’S & entertainment branded content for some of the World’s most exciting companies: Under Armour, Red Bull,The Olympic Channel, RAF & Royal Navy amongst others.
My role within the company has not only been to deliver edits of the highest standard and to help build the reputation of Trailer Park in the UK but, also to implement new workflows, organise recruitment and develop relationships with Director’s and Music Production Companies.
