- Management of staff numbers, including the hiring of temporary staff
- Training and development of all staff
- Working out and solving bottlenecks in production
- Developing relationships and liaison with both suppliers and customers
- The measurement, evaluation and reportage of production costs
- Stock control and orders
- Manipulation and ripping of artwork
- Helping to establish a 'Print on Demand' service alongside the development and customer service team
