      • - Creating, editing and setting up of customer files ready for print across a wide variety of applications including screen printed garments, wide format, digital processes and DTG printing - The use of Netsuite, Zendesk and cloud storage facilities - Dealing with customer orders, issues and general queries including the acknowledgement of limitations of each printing production method to inform custom print feasibility - Making sure that company standard operating procedures are adhered to especially in relation to file organisation, branding and company reputation - Providing customers with clear and eloquent information regarding printing methods and how to achieve their end goals - Proofing customers with visual mockups of their artwork using company branded proof-forms before sending files to print - The use and maintenence of three Epson and three Roland wide format printers on a variety of media including (but not limited to) various forms of vinyl, banners and heat press media, in addition to the operation and maintainance of UV printers - The creation, setup and production of sign vinyl, using Mimaki plot-cutters and Roland printers with kiss-cutting functionality, as well as use of laminating machines - The use of RIP software such as Versaworks, Onyx, Fiery and Colourbyte Imageprint - Incorporating colour separation techniques when producing artwork for screen print including experience using T-Seps separation software and pantones - Working with the Growth Team to advise on, develop and promote new products - Basic design and creative artworking solutions offered to customers who need artwork creating from scratch Successes: - Quickly entrusted to manage my own time without supervision on weekend shifts and the responsibility of training new staff in all roles making sure direct reports adhere to the upkeep of workspaces - Promotion to head of a new DTG department; responsible for developing the artworking, production and dispatch methods of small run DTG garment printed products and the upkeep of the printers, pre-treatment machines and heat-press equipment
