Im a trained film/TV producer and director from Kenya .I have worked for Royal Media Services TV stations –Citizen and Inooro TV for a cummulative 11 years now.
As a progressive media professional with varied experience both in studio and on location spanning 10 years now, I believe that I have what it takes to undertake any assignment either technical or Production.
Also as a volunteer projects Manager with a youth talents community based organization that i founded called GPAY Africa (www.gpayafrica.org) I volunteer in training film,theatre/media production to the vulnerable youth from the urban informal settlements of Nairobi since 2009.
I have been engaging the creative youth ,nurturing their performing art talents as well as film training and Photography among many other programs.
Observation, determination and keen eye to details are my foundations for success. The philosophy that introduces fresh perspectives and new techniques greatly aids my creative storytelling to evolve and grow.
In my career as a TV producer/director, my successes have stemmed from essential skills, including working within tight deadlines and teamwork. I have enhanced my collaboration abilities and cultivated a reputation as a major contributor through interpersonal and management. I am a collaborative team player who is always searching for challenging opportunities to impart valuable insights. With these qualities, I am able to champion positive change and impacting outcomes.
My experience working in mainstream media Royal Media Services as well as holding a manager’s position at Film Production Technics has given me multifaceted approach to visual storytelling as well as experience in management.
My excellent track record both in studio and out of studio productions puts me in an unrivalled position to take up any task before me in the fields of film/tv/video productions.
