Harvey Nichols Head Office: • Assist the Company Interior Display Manager to oversee interior schemes in all stores. • Assist the design, source and development of interior schemes for all store Christmas schemes, new stores, Knightsbridge escalator sites, Edinburgh escalator boxes and occasionally Knightsbridge interiors. • Brief in house production team, external suppliers, prop builders, artists and assist managing budgets. • Source new materials, suppliers and props. • Produce mood boards, installation guidelines and spread sheets to give inspiration and guidance to in store display team’s. • Visit stores display teams to view seasonal installations. Attend floor walks with General Managers and work alongside in store teams during new store openings and Christmas installs to give training and guidance. • Produce training guidlines for all store display teams. • Manage photos of all stores interior displays assisting in communicating inspiration across the business, including the overseas stores. • Manage records of all interior mannequins’ locations and renovations. Assist the purchase of new mannequins and replacement parts, book renovations with suppliers: choose colours and finishes, design wigs and make-up. • Organise interior mannequin moves and produce mannequin packs for all stores. • Assist the design, source, organise and set up Christmas pop up shops. • Liaise with buying, events, press and creative teams and design, source, organise installations for press and marketing events and pop ups. • Competitive shop, be aware of the current market and trends.
