• Responsible for the management and creation of all content marketing on the external O2 blog site, The Blue (news.o2.co.uk), co-ordinating with teams across marketing to produce fun, engaging content to support campaigns. • Using analytics, have tested different content formats to establish which attract more customers and lead to a higher click through rate and website dwell time, driving more users to the platform. • Head up all the CSR PR (Think Big) within the company, closely working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful campaigns are developed and delivered, to continue O2’s market leading position in sustainability. • Regularly work alongside the social media team to ensure all channels are involved with announcements and campaigns, and that new content I create is relevant and specific to their audience, involving and engaging our followers via social media. • Create opportunities for journalists to speak with the Head of Sustainability, to build new media relationships and contacts, and position O2 as a key spokesman on sustainability and young people. • Responsible for the Communications team’s Hospitality programme, liaising with internal teams to secure the best possible tickets at The O2, O2 Academies and Twickenham, ensuring these tickets are placed with relevant journalists and media, to develop contacts and relationships between O2 and the press. • Organised and hosted the O2 Press Christmas Party in 2014, inviting key contacts from a wide range of media outlets, achieving the highest number of media attendees to date.
