I am responsible for all the production for kids-wear shoots in the UK and abroad for web and directory. I work with art directors, photographers, and model agencies to make sure all the photography is delivered on time and on brand. The department operates in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all photography on Next’s Children’s wear Directory, online/e-commerce. • Experienced a managing multiple projects, their stakeholders and delivering under pressure. • Overseeing international photo shoots in London, Miami & Cape Town. • Responsible for marketing campaigns across UK, EMEA, Russia - Examples of marketing campaigns include; Marketing campaign - Flagship stores including Bond Street. Eg, Campaign of Eid – shop windows, online, print and POS. direct. • Responsible for organising all the castings for directory, including selecting models. • I manage all the budgets and invoicing for the shoots and work closely with finance to save money where we can on the shoots. • I manage the bookings co-ordinator for kids wear.
