I am an enthusiastic, positive and proactive BMUS Popular music graduate. I have extensive experience in music performance and event curation/management, as well as working in retail management for many years now.
In my spare time I love working on illustrations and performing in a few bands and as a solo act.

As manager of a small but very busy and popular shop I am responsible for the following activities:
Stock maintenance - keeping track of sales and ordering stock into the shop in response.
• Managing invoices - Creating invoice spreadsheets and tracking expenditures in order to keep the shop prepared for quarterly VAT returns, and to keep budgeting in check.
• Organising and releasing content for social media.
• Remaining calm, present and friendly to customers at all times.
• Dealing with all cash management problems and routines such as cashing up, refunds, complaints and banking.
• Pushing sales through friendly customer service and extensive knowledge on all stock.
• Maintaing a good relationship with the small staff that I manage through out the week.
Stage Manager

I worked very closely on the curation of events for the Goldsmiths/Accidental Records Record label, 'NX Records' launch parties both during my time at Goldsmiths and after graduation. For the main album launch party I was responsible for the following:
• Organising and arranging sound engineers for the event, seting up back line and arranging PA set up.
• Arranging reasonable and achievable get in, sound check and performance times by liaising with artists.
• Helping to gain a temporary alcohol licensing arrangement. I also purchased the alcohol from local shops in order to use local businesses as well as make a profit on alcohol at the event.
• I did a significant amount of promoting, by word of mouth and by using social media in order to promote the event as widely as possible.
• Arranging for a group of volunteers to come to the event to man the door/ticket booth. As well as run the bar and merchandise stalls.
• I compered the evening, providing the audience with knowledge about all of the acts on the compilation we were launching, the artists performing that night and about the record label itself.
