Assistant Manager

Voodoo Ray’s

Sep 2012 - May 2013
  • Acting as Assistant Manager after obtaining my personal license with this recently opened nightclub below Voodoo Ray’s pizza restaurant. Working hard to make sure we establish a new space for events and parties that cater for underground culture to thrive, duties including managing the bar and stock including the organisation of finances proving that I am trustworthy and responsible. Also having a strong input creatively within the programming of events and taking care of colleagues as well as promoters and artists respectively.

Producer & Events Supervisor

NTS Radio

Mar 2011 - Mar 2014
  • NTS Radio began in April of 2011 and from then on, as a dedicated team, we have established an online independent radio station. I was a producer as well as events coordinator and generally maintained the station through Word Press, as well as constantly updating the site with news, podcasts and features. Experience working alongside artists, brands and clients has proved to be valuable, also working hard to meet the expectations of others has been challenging and motivating in terms of growing as a business with an extraordinary vision. I have produced radio broadcasts and audio-visual events abroad at music and arts festivals in Poland, New York, Berlin and London such as the Tate Modern ‘Paved with Gold’ project in collaboration with ISYS archive. Being able to work hard at the tasks at hand and motivate a team, I believe, have been my greatest assets in overcoming obstacles which may be encountered producing such projects.
