Main duties have included: - Researching visual trends in publishing, curating and sending out insight reviews to both selected clients and higher management within Getty Images to maximise revenue returns. - Working as part of a team to curate and send the Getty Images Daily Event Bulletin. This goes out to all our main clients in the News, editorial and internal teams around the world. - Trained in marketing program Eloqua as well as extensive use of the Getty customer-relations database in order to organise and contact clients efficiently. - Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone, email and letter.
- Photographing evening events and workshops for use on their website and social media streams - Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop for post-production - Organising and archiving photos into different folders, ready for the marketing team to distribute respectively.
- Working on customer services within a busy retail environment, dealing with customer queries and verbal communication - Money handling, replenishing stock and tidying
- Data entry for the DACS payback scheme, submitting claim forms on behalf of thousands of photographers. - The confidence, knowledge and skills to work independently, flexibly, responsibly and to deadline.
- Research based work experience, analysing which areas Getty need images in their creative collections whilst also exploring fresh ideas for new shoots. - Selecting images to publish from shoots and directing post-production. - Organising light-boxes in correspondence to the data received from searches on the Getty website.
