I'm Sam, CEO of Coconut the current account for freelancers. I became a freelancer after selling my first financial technology business. In a world where cars drive themselves, I found the tax side of things way too manual and time-consuming. Having an accounting background put me in a good position to do something about it, so Adam my Co-founder and I set about making it much easier to manage tax, expenses and getting paid when you work for yourself.
