  • Pricing Analyst Analysed mass portfolios of electric & gas business accounts that were invoiced to incorrect prices for 1 year+. Realigned each account ensuring they were corrected onto their pricing contract at the earliest possible opportunity using the SAP and Service Desk system. Complex Read Rejections Analyst Processed rejected incoming reads for electric and gas business accounts that fell outside of the billing tolerance. Analysed customer’s previous consumption and utility usage. Amended/rectified accordingly, created rejected reads patterns and trends report which was sent to higher level management on a weekly basis. Offshore Manager - India Attended Pune, India for 6 months to manage, train and support a new team of 11. Created databases for key processes and productivity/quality tracking. Utilised communication and objection handling skills by providing feedback and conducting quality calibration to ensure inline with UK Team. Billing Communication and Engagement Co-Ordinator This role required written and verbal communication skills on not only a peer level but also a higher management level. Boosted skills in attention to detail and also ability to time manage effectively. Passionate and active member of the green team. Responsibilities within the green team ranged from promoting the benefits of being green, organising green projects, running and managing events for the World Environment Day. Project Manager – Project Sulla Heavily involved in 'Project Sulla’, which focused on reducing the incoming and outstanding Unbilled volume by 50% through data analysis. Played a key role in implementing system and process changes via the Kaizen and Kanban method.
