About me

Sandy Suffield trained at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, on graduating she began work at Pentagram, clients included the Craft’s Council, Getty Images, Penguin, Laurence King and Wagamama. After four years at Pentagram she moved into editorial design, art directing London’s Time Out magazine. From London she moved to California to work for Apple. Here she directed a broad range of projects including initiatives for iTunes, the launch of the Fifth Avenue flagship store, Apple’s education sector, the annual global ‘Back to School’ campaign and their suite of Pro software for film makers. On returning to London she started thingsandpeople, a site, updated weekly, which tells the stories of people’s objects through words and pictures. In 2012 she began work as Creative Director at Wolff Olins in London.
