  MIRAZURMirazur is a book about chef Mauro Colagreco’s restaurant, number 3 in ‘The World’s 50 Best Restaurant List’ 2018. Based in Mentón, France, the restaurant finds its inspiration in the coexistence of three different ecosystems that define Mirazur’s kitchen: the mountains, the gardens, and the Mediterranean. The book traces a path between these three surrounding territories, connecting the geography with local producers who develop specialty products that Colagreco uses in his recipes. The result
• FACAFACA, ‘Feria Arte Contemporáneo Argentina’, is one of the most important Art Fairs in Buenos Aires. Each of the icons developed represents each of the different art types that the Fair incorporates. The graphic system comes to life when those individuals icons overlap, creating new and complex shapes.
• Graphic AssaysThis is a self-initiated project based on a series of visual essays, where I use poster design to explore graphic design compositions and experiment with typography limits.
• Seminario: Comunicación en instituciones culturalesOrganized by Proa Foundation, the three-day Seminary was created to discuss on ‘how digital culture is changing the way cultural institutions communicate to the public’. The visual identity uses the Pop-Up, a typical element of digital communication, to give shape and articulate the content of the pieces.

  CASA 131Casa 131 is a house developed by Argentine Architect Federico Sartor, where in his own words: ‘Architecture and structure work as one’. The editorial design of the brochure intends to represent that same idea; using the basic structure of the page, and proportional space divisions to place the content.
• TEGUITegui is a restaurant by Argentine chef Germán Martitegui. Being his first book, the design was meant to represent the entire restaurant and his cooking method. The book covers a complete year, with an 8-course tasting menu for each month, designed with the elegance and quality that defines Martitegui’s style.
